The founding rate is for the first 5 HVAC companies, one per service area. In exchange we may publish your real measured numbers. It closes for good when the 5th company signs. Area Lock Plus locks two service areas instead of one and adds a monthly video walkthrough.

What are the guarantees?

- Up-or-Walk. On day 0 we both sign three figures: clicks from non-branded Google searches, calls and website clicks from your Business Profile, and the share of agreed AI questions that name you. On day 90 the first two are compared with the same 90 days a year earlier, and the third with day 0. If none of the three is higher, you can leave at once. No setup fee, no further monthly fee, and you keep everything.
- No-Hostage. Every page, listing, profile, login and report is yours, whenever and however you leave.

Never promised: a set position in any AI answer, map or search result, a number one or top three spot, or a set number of leads or jobs.
Why is there a setup fee, and when is it waived?
The first month is the heaviest: the baseline panel, fixing every profile and listing, the crawler and schema work, and the first pages. That is the $7,500. On the 12 month plan and the founding rate it is waived. It becomes due only if you end a 12 month plan early, and never if you leave under the day 90 Up-or-Walk guarantee.
